Here is my food so far and again - Spark People was off by 110 calories too much for the tostitos rounds vs bite size. Make sure to look at your labels if you pull up their saved info.
I am not sure what to give to the taco meat either. I used one sparkpeople had. Mine was made it from scratch with shredded beef, peppers, onion and garlic to season it with some southwest chipotle seasoning and a can of diced tomatoes. So no grease added - I drained it before.
Here is the food so far. Need a few glasses of water still and a snack in 1 hour. Plenty of room for it.

I moved some numbers around on sparkpeople as well. Added more things for it to watch and made sure the amounts were in my format until I meet the dietician. I am glad i put this in so I knew i had room for a snack and how much. That is a first for me as well. I would often put my dinner and evening snack in at the same time only to find I went over.
