I haven't stayed at OKW but can recommend the outer ring (even numbered rooms) at BLT, which have a kitchen island and a seating area w L-shaped banquette.
Another vote for Old Key West. You can sit at least 6, and maybe scrunch up to 7 around the dining room table by bringing the chairs in from the patio, or break your group into some inside and some balcony seating. There is a couch and a love seat in the living room, plus the sleeper chair if everyone wants to watch the big TV in the living room.
OKW hands down. Sitting area #1, full size sofa, queen sleeper, that seats 3-4, love seat and a nice big chair, that is also a twin sleeper. Round kitchen table with 4 chairs, plus you have 2 more chairs in the 2nd bedroom. Big balcony with 4 chairs, big round table, ceiling fan and light.
OKW has both a sofa, sleeper chair and a love seat for sitting, plus four chairs at the dining room table. Then four chairs and the full sized round table on the porch. Any other will feel crowded with five adults and two kids. Even OKW may seem crowded if everyone sits around the living room at the same time. There are television sets in both bedrooms.
Even number BLT may be okay, but you only have the sofa which is horrible uncomfortable for sitting, the sleeper chair which is okay and the totally horrible side chair - not comfortable at all. Odd numbered BLT will be tiny.
