We are staying at the Poly later this year & I was wondering how far in advance I can ship items, so that it will be there when we arrive.

Also, I was planning to order some food to be delivered to keep in the room. When should I make that order? (Any suggestions on what & where to order would be great as well!)

I'd check with the resort. I've shipped boxes of things to the Swan and Dolphin before - so we could just bring carry on luggage - like snacks and toiletries. I put the resort name and address (make sure to have the correct one for shipping purposes) as well as my name, arrival date, and reservation number. That way, they knew where to deliver it.

I have ordered clothes once from Hanna Andersson - the day before we were leaving for a trip, when I realized my kids needed some tee shirts and sweats (it was really chilly that trip, and I was so glad I had done that and overnighted it, as they wore them several times). That was at the Boardwalk Inn - so I know you can ship a box to the Disney resorts (and it was sitting in the room the evening we got there).

I've ordered from Garden Grocer once, delivered to the Boardwalk Inn. I got cereal, soy milk, wine, beer, water, juice. It was a nice service!
