In room entertainment?

I'm staying in a value resort and was wondering what I can expect. I know there is a TV but is there also a VCR or DVD? Does the TV have cable and also are there any special Disney channels?

I'm quite sure there's no vcr or dvd, but there is cable, and there are quite a few "stations" that broadcast 24/7 explaining what's going on at WDW etc.
