Does anyone have pictures of the Christmas trees you can order from Disney for your stateroom. The pictures on their site are just way too small for my eyes. I am trying to decide if I should order one for our room or just find a small tree and ornaments and bring them in my suitcase. :santa:

Interested as well and assume it is something you cannot take off the ship. Correct?

Maybe there is someone like Shirley who delivers to cruise ships in Miami? Anybody know.

For our cruise in 2010 I ordered the inflatable Christmas tree from Oriental Traders. It was 3 feet tall, with 3 sections to blow up. We blew up 2 sections & stuck it in the corner of our stateroom. It was an easy, less $$ solution. My friend brought her own small table top "nautical" tree.
The passengers that ordered the trees from DCL said they started to smell bad after a few days. Then again, we were on an 11 night, so hoe long could they last? We saw a few that were put outside staterooms to dispose of after a few days of looking pretty...just my 2 cents...

We bought a small wooded tree from Michaels and painted and decorated it ourselves. Very cheap option. It is just table top size.

we purchased a 1ft tree at Hobby Lobby. We also bought a string of 50 lights, bulbs, and other Christmas stuff. Turned out really nice. Everythuing git in a carry-on. Took it all home for the next Christmas Cruise.

Just a note,

"Seasonal and celebratory lighting strings" are prohibited on board all Disney Cruise Ships.

We have always strung lights around our port hole. It's never been an issue, but I wasn't aware of the restriction.

Sent from my iPad using DISBoards

:thumbsup2The restriction only applies to "plug in" lights. You can bring battery operated light strings and battery operated lighted Christmas trees. We have confirmed multiple times on our 3 Christmas cruises.:thumbsup2

Good to know... I wasn't sure as to specifics just knew that it said "light strings" were prohibited... Battery lights = OK

I posted this same question quite a while ago. Someone responded and posted some really nice pictures. I'll have to see if I can find the old post.

Thanks, that picture was exactly what I was looking for. I think I will go for the one with the princess decorations - don't think my 15 year old boy would be happy with that.
