In room childcare?

Who has used the in room childcare? What do you think and which one would you recommend? This may sound weird, but I would want one that let me specify an older woman(by older, I mean at least over 20). I really don't want a teenager or a man. My children have only ever stayed with grandparents, so I'm not sure how they'll do. My kids will be 3 and 19 months, so the resort daycare is out.

We used FG all the time for our DS, who is now 4. We'll continue to use it, because he'd rather be home in bed than a kids club after a day of running around.
