In Park Quests ?'s

I am new to vmk (DreamDazzle) and I have a few questions about the in parks quests. I am going to WDW the end of September and I was wondering how it all works.
1: Can you hand in only one of each quests?
2: The quests you rub off, do you do in front of the CM's ( just wondering if I have to remember all the answers)
3: Can my niece who doesn't play vmk hand in the quests and get the cards?
4: I read somewhere you can create a vmk character in WDW, how do you go about doing that?
Thanking you in advance for all your help, and the question about my neice, getting cards even though she doesn't play, I was hoping I could you them for trade, because I am really bad at the in game quests, and I really want the diving helmet, anf what ever else I need to get all the cool things you get when playing all those games...I can everything about the quests until I have to get 30,000 in JC and I am really bad at the pirate game, so bad I don't play because I don't want to ruin it for the team I am on. Sorry this ended up being so long... for reading it.

You can turn in one of each quest for each ticket you and your party have.
2: The quests you rub off, do you do in front of the CM's ( just wondering if I have to remember all the answers)
No, you can pick up these quests on your way into the park and scratch them off anytime.
3: Can my niece who doesn't play vmk hand in the quests and get the cards?
Yes, anyone with a ticket can complete the quests and turn them in for the cards.
4: I read somewhere you can create a vmk character in WDW, how do you go about doing that?
VMK Central, on Main Street, has computers inside that you can create a new player with. Born in park players come with a special badge, lots of rooms, and some extra goodies like black ears.

Don't be afraid to join in a pirate game! The only way to improve is by playing and you may get lucky and win!

I was a big time stinker at pirates too when I first started. I am about a month into VMK and I can now get to level 3! Yippee for me!
I am still not the best player... but you do get better! Play it.... you will improve! And I have lost many times... it happens!

as far as the in park quest go. I believe that VMK central is in MK on main street.. You can create a character there.... and you get some rare items for doing so! Such as black ears. Your neice can play! and she can give you her reward! I am counting on this too! I go in August.
Make sure you print the on line quests before hand!
