It is ridiculously cold in PA
nineteen right now

it was nine this morning........shiver!

The same over here! We will be back in the 30s by Monday, which is where we should be.

I have spent most of the day trying to put all the stuff back where it goes.
DD13 has a bunch of crap, and she is going through it slowlyyyyyyyy

but she has gotten rid of two bags, one garbage and one no longer needed stuff


My closet is so nice and neat, adn the family room looks so great! DH has been working all day too, and is about to fall asleep since he just sat down.
I may allow it.

Lots of drama here last night
DS's GF was here, then her car overheated minutes from our house
so DS had to drive her half way home (her mom met her)

but her car is in a church lot near here
what to do, what to do....

they told DS to take it to a garage
and DH had a little fit....no common sense, don't ask a 16 year old to take care of adult troubles....

DH tossed half the night
considering options

tow the car to her house (very pricey)
try to limp it home
bring it to a garage near here

in the middle of a problem
he doesn't want to be in

very bright and snazzy with its new front end.

DS is thrilled
as well he should be

he didn't ahve to pay for it!

DS qualified for WPIALs!
Western PA interscholastic athletic league
competition for swimming (and other sports, too)

He is psyched!

DD13 missed school today

cold and headache last night
little sleep

she seems completely recovered now
after the headache went away she was MUCH better

and she is bored silly after being cooped up all day
