All are wonderful.....you and dad both look fantastic on formal night, and enjoying all those yummy drinks (well the 9am one you look a little tired! LOL)

DH and I (and DS) visited Puerto Rico and the Bacardi factory 16 years ago (and I cannot believe it was that long ago, but DS was a teensy babe, three months old!)

Thank You! I was very tired that morning, our tour left at like 7:30am
It was a very interesting tour!

I never got any motion sickness, but the water was VERY rough for most of the week because of the after effects from the earthquake in Haiti!

and it actually looks like a family room again
except for the carpet
but the tv is hooked up and the eau de paint perfume is minimal

Dh and I worked really hard all day
I am exhausted


the girls came home and had that lovely campy smell
and all of their clothes did

I am not a camp gal!

as I can get motion sick driving down my driveway

my kiddos will be home
and DS carless....
so no going out for lunch for them!

DD10 is having her birthday party with friends this friday

skating/spa sleepover

first we go ice skating, back home for a spa treatment
and then sleepover

I am insane!

to warm me up before bed

and DH and I had a trip to the home store
which was chilling
and expensive

ugh! We went to Denny's, I HATE Denny's!
But I let Grandma choose and for some reason she loves it there

Great siggy, Snow, I agree with Sarah!

I like the nacho grande thingy they have at Denny's. usually DH and I split it (it may be an appetizer, we eat it as the dinner) IT is good. Otherwise, I can take or leave Denny's. We used to eat there more when my kids could eat off the kid menu (now only DD10 can). And they have some nights kids eat free...

DH and I went to dinner ALONE tonight
it was amazingly quiet

We went to Lonestar
delicious!

(did you know I am a mystery eater there)
(we may have gone as mystery eaters tonight)
(and we get reimbursed $40 for our dinner)

TOday was such a good day.

Not that anything especially good happened, it was just a spring like day,
inservice which was pretty calm, I am now recertified in CPR

Did you know for lay people, CPR is now only chest compressions, no rescue breathing anymore??? 30 chest pumps

my kids amused themselves without bloodshed while I was at work
all went to swimming
DH and I dined alone


doesn't that sound like a great day?
it does to an old married woman!

My family room resembles normal!
all the furniture is back in place
DD10 is having a sleepover Friday night y'know!

the curtains need rehung
and of course the carpet needs replaced
but if you ignore the carpet, you would never know we had a flood....

we just got home from swim
since we watched the end of the girls basketball game
it was a nailbiter and the last four minutes lasted 15 at least with all the drama

we won! 37 to 34
