We had a beautiful candlelight service tonight.
Many solos by young people
a seventh grader, two 11th graders, and some college age

My personal favorite was "Mary, Did You Know" a beautiful song
Lots of old friends in for the holiday, church was full

DS opened the towels from the girls
he was thrilled, really made DD10 excited

(he really did ask for new towels!)

okay, time to get the kiddos into their rooms
so the presents can be arranged

DD10 has been told
NO waking us before eight

I say she will last until seven, at the latest

well it seemed the closer it got to Christmas the more crowded it got. Yes I did go on it. The only thing that looked different was a new interactive game while in line.

i should be home soon...

I did it was so pretty during Christmas time.

School nurse just called
DS's face is pink... I think it is the acne medicine combined with chlorine.

update (minutes later)
another call
nurse thinks I should take DS to the doctor today

so I just called to get an appt
they aren't in yet
but left a message with the service ....

so much for a few hours free
I imagine I am heading to pick him up and then the doc

Well...it wasn't the meatloaf that made Mom sick
She had the flu, which she passed on to Dad and I
I think that yesterday was one of the worst days of my life
I have never been so sick before!

I'm feeling a little better today
as long as I'm sitting down
if I stand too long I get light headed.

I'm really hoping I'm back to normal
by tomorrow!

I only had a slice of pizza at my Aunt's last night and that upset my stomach.
I'm going to take it easy food wise today and see how I do.

Good Morning and Merry Christmas!
The was40's are feeling very blessed this morning (as always)

Lots of wrapping paper, presents, yummy breakfast, good cheer, happy kids, fairlly well rested parents, lots of new gadgets, gizmos, and toys to keep us busy for a long time!

DH was the first one up! He is still a kid

Great Gram has already called and said they are staying home, so come visit
It is icy in PA today, but warming up past freezing
rain last night on top of the snow

Well I had hoped to be sharing all
my Christmas pictures with you right
now but they were all deleted from my camera
I have no idea how it happened but my camera has
been acting funky and now the battery is dead and I lost
the charger

On top of it all my stomach bug hasn't ended
and I wasn't able to enjoy any Christmas dinner
or dessert, plus I think I've caught a cold
