It is seventy degrees and bright and sunny today in PA
great for yard work, raking those colorful leaves, and soaking up some warm rays

We are experiencing similar weather today. Until Wednesday, when a storm is on its way, we are expecting the same type of weather. Very nice for November!

sad news at church,
the mother of our good friends had a second stroke
and is not doing well
they are taking her off life support
as soon as all the family members come to say their goodbyes

I am so sorry to hear that!

I put self tanner cream on my legs this morning
getting ready for waterpark fun on Wednesday


I love the self tanner, looks so nice
no harmful UV rays
plus, the kind i have right now
sparkles


I have sparklee legs !

I've never tried a self tanner.

I am reading the advertisiements
planning a little momma only shopping spree this afternoon

almost too nice outside to ventrure into a store
but the timing is right with daddy day care

Where did you end up going to do some shopping?

I went to Target this morning, to pick up some non-sale items. Leftover Halloween candy is 70% off, but not much to pick from.

Are you going to DVR Regis and Kelly tomorrow? They don't show the audience as much as some of the other shows do.

DH put hot sausage, hot peppers, and onions on to cook
the house smells
and not good, by my opinion!

I hate onions
and the smell of them cooking is not pleasing to me


I don't like hot sausage , either
DH and DS will eat it later
the girls and I.....pizza, anyone?

I, too, am not a fan of onions. Neither is DH, so I don't use them often.

DH is bringing home pizza tonight, on his way home from work. And, I am warming up french fries that I have in the freezer.

We had pizza and crazy bread (bread sticks) from Little Caesars
I went to the new 5Below store (everything five dollars or under) it was the grand opening, and it was a zoo, but fun!
I also went to CVS and Ross
I stocked up on 75 percent off candy at CVS, M & M's, Reeses, they had llots of good stuff left! I got a number of cute little things at 5Below, too. Webkinz, games, nice books, a new 4Square ball for the girls to use now in this great weather!

but the day was just too nice...

DH is enjoying his stinky hot sausage dinner and watching some ballgame...
the steelers play tomorrow but it seems there is always a game on.

My friend and I went to Target and found Halloween candy 90% off. So we got candy corn,marshmallows, and other candy.

It's 6:13 and we're already at 54 degrees! That's close to our usual daytime high temp. I think we've got one more day of warm weather and then the rains from Hurricane Ida come to visit....

One of my students today was talking about the hurricane,
I hadn't heard a word.... I so rarely hear actual news....

(it was social studies class, so we can talk current events!)
