Ok, your daughter is better, your finger will get cleared up, and the shower will come off so well. Thinking positive thoughts.
I would not tell her - she must have enough to worry about, just like you, and the less she knows the better it will be. They are her friends, right? Bet she already has some inkling what they are like. It will become more transparent as time goes on, and you will not have needed to tell her anything.
