In need of booking time help

Some background info first......My wife and I have decided to give our kids and thier families as well as our selves, a Mickey Christmas for the 2007 Christmas season. We've already talked to everybody concerned, and can you beleive it, nobody said they would rather stay at home. We explained further, that this would be "their Christmas gift" that year. We'll pay for the rooms, flights, park tickets and nightly dinners, and that they would have to come up with everthing else.

We are BWV owners and will have no problem with points for rooms. So my question is this....at the 11 month window, should I call daily and make our reservations that way for 7 days, or should I wait till the 7th day of the vacation to try and get our res's? WE would love to have a GV, but I realize that probably wouldn't happen, and we'll end up with 1 or 2 bdrms.

Any and all help in this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

For Christmas/New Year's at the BWV, call day by day if you want either a standard view room or a grand villa. Call early the day that you are booking New Year's Eve. Remember there are only 7 GV's at the BWV, so even calling day by day may not be enough. You may have to call at 8:58 A.M. EST to get the room.

We have gone to the BWV's 3 of the last 5 New Year's (including the upcoming one) and we call day by day for the standard view.
