In Memory of Candi Rose

I just found out that my friend Candi Rose passed away on June 12th after a long illness. I met her through pin collecting and she has touched the lives of many people.

My condolences to her hubby Jerry and the rest of her family.

I used to speak to her on the phone all the time

She was a delightful woman who never thought twice about running to DL to pick up a pin for some of us "Easterners"

She will be missed

I am so sad to hear this news. I met Candi at the first September event, through Barbara MadStrawberry.

I have traded with Candi numerous times through Pinpics. My DS#2, Josh - DieHardDonald, traded often with Candi because of their mutual love of the Duck.

I know she has been fighting diabetes for years, and has suffered through many complications. I was not aware that there was a recent downward turn.

Candi was a pillar of the pintrading community. She will be missed by so many.

My condolences to her family in this difficult time. I hope they will draw upon the strength of happier memories.
