Advance reservations yes I couldn’t get 7 dwarves or flight of passage so I picked other rides I wanted but day of after my initial 3 I was always able to get any ride I wanted.

I am just saying if general satisfaction is pretty much at an all time low, then it should be assumed that this carries over into most things. Not generally the fault of Disney it just pretty much all of life sucks right now. So I could see why assuming satisfactions in general at an all time low would be the norm.
Also not completely relevant to the discussion basically cause everything sucks right now so nobody is happy to begin with.
You know you wake up on the wrong side of the bed things seldom get better.
If your a new parent you have to worry about having baby formula arriving if you are flying and lord knows if it will. That one issue would probably stress a parent more than anything I could have possibly been stressed out about when I dealt with young kids and disney.

It did. If you used fastpass + day of, after your pre selected 3, you can get 7 dwarves in the middle of the day, not just at 7am and pay for it. The only thing that’s not helpful is your allegiance to Chapek , which I’m not sure why.

Trip advisor has Disney World resort at a 4.5 out of 5.

Disneys internal guest satisfaction Scores are higher than they were before the pandemic.

Anyhoo, I really do hope we see great things from Chapek going forward, especially at D23. It’s a make or break thing for his legacy , I think.
