On our last trip to Disney, we visited the Animal Kingdom on a cloudy and stormy day. For some reason we decided to do the Lion King show first thing - Lucky for us, because the show was cancelled for most of the rest of the day when the thunderstorms rolled in, understandably, with all the electrical equipment around the arena. I passed this advice on to friends, and thought I would share it with the Disboard also -if you have doubtful weather at AK do Lion King asap! Gailelle

The Festival of the Lion King was enclosed this Fall, so bad weather is no longer a worry. The theatre is now heated and air conditioned.

That is correct. Th theater was enclosed back in August so the show no longer gets cancelled for inclement weather.
