Am I the only one here who ever gets in a slump?? I did very well on my low-carb diet for about 5 weeks. I added in exercise and did very well with that for a couple weeks. I have been seeing results on the scale and in inches lost.
For some reason (or no reason at all??) I've fallen into a slump the past few days where I just don't care. What's up with that?
My food choices have been awful, but I've been feeling extra tired and overburdened with life and eating right seems like just one more thing on my already-too-long list.
I know it isn't PMS - I expect a few bad days with that. I can't really pinpoint a reason.
Please tell me this doesn't happen only to me. Also please tell me that it will pass....please???

). When you are ready, you'll tackle it with the same tenacity as you have in the past. I have all the faith in you. Keep at it sweetie. You'll get over the hump or out of your slunp! (I'd better stop there. I'm beginning to sound like Dr. Suess!) When you feel lousy, visit. There are enough of us here to pull you through!
Maybe we can get back on the trail at the same time.
Thanks again for all of your words of encouragement and all of your ideas!!
