Hi

First I would like to say hello again to everybody. Its good to be back :D

I was a registered member and had a computer crash and lost all my registered details for many sites. And to top it off lost the address for the UK boards.

My first visit to Orlando was in Nov 2001. We were all very excited. One thing my wife told me I forgot was my brain because when we reached the check-in at the Gatwick she said:

Where is the push chair ?

I forgot to pack it in the car and our first memory of Orlando was trying to find a shop late at night that sold push chairs (Stroller) in a unknown town with two very tired Children.

Thank God for 24Hr Wallmart Just of Sandlake road.

Anyway Had a fantastic time and going again this October/November (Can't wait) :bounce:

I was just wondering if anyone else has an interesting story to tell ?

Hi and welcome back.

This didnt happen to us but close friends of ours.

Back in 97' on their first flydrive to FL he discovered that he had forgot his drivers licence while halfway across the Atlantic:eek:. Luckily for him we were with him and I had my licence on me. I had to hire the car in my name and put him down as a driver until his licence got sent over via UPS a couple of days later.

Welcome back :) !!!
Well, since my DH takes nearly the whole house with him (he just stops short of furnishings and fittings  ) thankfully we haven't forgotten anything yet - oh I DREAD forgetting anything essential - the beauty of America is that you can buy most anything out there easily if you've left it behind.

I'd love to hear if anyone else has a story to tell though.

Went to France last year & forgot my handbag!!!!!!

Luckily money & passports were already in the car.

Friends brought it over a week later ( they were going anyway!!!) buft we had to drive 180 miles to see them.

fingers crossed nothing forgotton this august.
