Important re:Magic Band ordered from ShopDisney with discount code

This is an important PSA. If you ordered a Magicband from ShopDisney using the discount codes provided by email from the whole upgrade debacle, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD AND SHIPPING RECEIPT. My order confirmation was correct, showing the discounted band and free shipping, however, I noticed the charge on my cc was significantly higher and, sure enough, when I received my band today they had charged my $10.55 for shipping!! I have sent them an email with both the confirmation and the shipping receipt, along with the email with the codes for the discount and free shipping. Waiting to hear how they explain this. But I wanted everyone to be aware if they ordered these!!

This was an online order. Not sure how a clerk was involved?

Even online orders are looked over by someone - to process them - by rote - no paid much to do their job

I get that. My warning was to review your cc statement and shipping receipt as there have been enough issues with this upgraded band mess prior to this and now the “fix” isn’t even correct. It was simply “be aware”, since nothing else with it seemed to go right.
