Just got off the phone with a CM at Victoria & Albert's. I was just checking in to see if there might be a Chef's Table opening or cancellation during our stay. After checking the system for a few moments she told me that there was a memo that came out last Friday about a refurb the week of Jan 7-15 2008 and the restaurant would be closed 
There was quite the awkward pause after she told me this then she apologized stating this was a recent announcement. Has anyone received a call to cancel? You might want to follow up and inquire the validity of this as we all know the story can be different from one CM to the next. Just thought I'd pass that info along.
