Okay, I interrupt the frivolity and Rosie calling people "fat" with some news.

I've gotten some texts from Mike. They have not yet been allowed to board the ship. They have been diverted to the Carnval parking lot instead and they can see a lot of police units around the Disney Terminal . . . including the bomb squad.

They've been given a letter from DCL that thanks them for their patience. And that they are free to explore the port canaveral area and they hope the ship will depart at 5pm on schedule

A package was left in the terminal and it is being investigated. That's all they know.

Thankfully Disney is VERY vigilant when it comes to such things.


At this point it doesn't seem like there is anything to worry about, but Mike and Shrek are having a rocky start to their weekend to be sure.

So think some happy thoughts for them, and hope that their journey will be as drama free as possible.

Holy Crap! Hopefully it'll be swiftly taken care of and they'll have an amazing story to tell upon their return.

and Rob....didn't you see the post were I called your loincloth itsy bitsy? I wasn't saying you were large then and still I get no thanks!

I think it is Wally's sneaky way of turning his temporary duties into a long term responsibility.

Poor Mike and Shrek... they so NEED this... Y does it seem that Disney is always screwing things up for them? I certainly don't mean that Disney does it on purpose... just that they are always calling him in to work on his days off and now this???
