iMessage on the Dream??

We were on the Fantasy a couple weeks ago and loved having the ability to send iMessages but understood it was a test and only on the Fantasy. Going on the Dream in a couple days and curious if anyone was able to use iMessage on the Dream.

We sailed on the Dream in August and were able to use it. Must say, it was nice to be able to contact our Pet Sitter back home and check in. Enjoy!

We were able to use it on the Magic last week so I am hoping that means it's available on all of the ships now. Was nice being able to check in with the kids and not need to purchase a package.

Question from a non techie person. Do you keep your phone on airplane mode and use iMessenger?

Thank you everyone, it's great news I can keep in touch! LoveMickey yes on airplane mode. You can use the DCL navigator and imessage

Yes. Airplane mode with WiFi on. You do not have to connect to the paid service. But you cannot send or receive pictures that way. Text only.
