Ever met someone who just totally lacks it?
Someone who has to have everything explained to them. Someone who doesn't comprehend abstract concepts well. These people are typically not funny, and mildly annoying.

I know more than a few, needless to say.

These people just kill me. I mean, life is boring. I escape with things like music or movies, and I like them, "weird" as some would say. I loved Donnie Darko, but some people just don't "get it".

ugh. people annoy me.

I can probably pick something annoying out of any one. I have a huge imagination. Lots of my friends don't, and lots of my friends do.

Imagination=Good.
It would be a sad world without imagination!
I feel bad for those who don't have it.....

Do you mean sorta ditsy people Sparx,or those who can't accept things out of the ordinary?

that one.

They honestly make me feel less intelligent than them. I'm a pretty intelligent person, I just have a big imagination, and I don't feel like I have to be "a, b, c" all the time. I can go into "l, m, n, purple, orange, fourty-nine"

And they don't like it when I do that, they don't understand it, and they don't try to. It annoys the hell out of me.

Imagination=Great!!
There are soem people here without imaginations, and there are also quite a few who seem to function entirely without a brain. Our English teacher reads the stories to us, and this one girl literally iterrupts every paragraph to ask the most basic questions. It's the most advanced class before AP, and she cheated her way in, so now we all have to suffer through her lack of common sense.

I dunno.

I would say I have a pretty big, active imagination. I'm creative, I can easily picture things in my mind. But things always have to be laid out like a, b, c for me to understand them. That's why I'm struggling with my algebra class right now, because it's 'discovery learning', so it's like an actual book and we have to pick the math out of it. It drives me insane. I would much rather prefer a real text book with a regular set up, like 1.) 1+x=2 or whatever, I guess... Lol it's hard to explain. :p

But yes, I think imagination is very important. Our world would be so incredibly boring without it. People that lack it? They just get my compassion, because their lives must be extremely dull and uneventfull. Yeah. That's my opinion. :p

1/4 of my AP class cheated to get in,I AM 97.03456 and 3/4ths percent.
Their is this one girl in perticular who I am 100 percent sure did.
Yesterday in our AP Science,she was caught looking at a study guide during a quiz,she got.....nothing.No throwing away of the quiz or having to start over,she is a cheerleader after all!AHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm glad I got that out of my system.

I'm kinda suprised no one said this yet. No imagination = no Disney anything! Life would be boring and the day would go on forever if we didn't have and use our imagination's. So many things we have and enjoy today (other than Disney) would not have be invented. I am lucky to have friends how are fn and use their imaginations. Only 1 or 2 of my friends can be boring and a little bit annoying because they are imagination deficient.

I swear I was gonna say it,but I held back!
It's a "being around non Disney loving or even liking friends who get annoyed when the big DW is even mentioned"reflex.
lol!

I can't express how depressed I get when I meet people like that. It's like, do you have any sense of imagination at all? My imagination is always going haywire. As I go through the day, in the back of my head I'm thinking about how I would write something or how it would be portrayed in a film, whether it's actually happening in front of me or if it's a scene I've come up with.

Imagination=my sanity

And Nascar48, did you know that Walt Disney was once fired because his employer thought he didn't have enough imagination? A friend told me about that. Think about that for a second, Walt Disney not having enough imagination? That's like saying the sky is pink.

I know!
Imagination=My perferred reality,Imagination=My World!!!
I like my imaginary world SO much!
NO CATS IN MY WORLD WILL NOT BE NAMED SASHA!!!!
Don't ask....

I'm back and forth.
I can't enjoy gorey movies or scary movies. They aren't scary, just unrealistic and fake.
I can't enjoy fantasy books as much as another person, because it just seems ridiculous to me.

But I can for some reason, enjoy those old DC shows, like Recess where a freaking SWAT team shows up at school, I can enjoy Disney movies.
I love Harry Potter.

And The Giver by Lois Lowry, while I didn't enjoy the book I found it interesting and a good plot. It was one of those unrealistic books that just kind of made sense, that hooks readers.
