Image transfer help needed!

My daughter has a pen pal in England and we just found out today that she has broken her leg. Is there anything dd could sign her name on, mail to her pen pal and have her transfer it onto her cast, so that it looks like dd signed it? I know it sounds crazy, but they would both just love it!
