I just realized i haven’t checked in here for awhile.

I’m enjoying the holiday season a lot more now that Katie is home. She brings an energy to this house that can’t be duplicated. This is her last Christmas as a kid, since she’s turning 20 this upcoming summer, so DH and I are making her last visit from Santa extra special this year. Next Christmas she will join the Christmas adult world, which is still fun, but not nearly as fun as waking up Christmas morning to seeing presents from Santa

No big present for adults here, but stockings still get filled for all that are here.
DD's cat will have a stocking too

No large presents for us. We are on our way to a Celtic Women concert. That’s a gift to us from DSis. We decided to give ourselves Cirque tickets for our January WDW trip and our good friends who live in Tarpon Springs are joining us. So we have that to look forward to!

No large presents for us. We are on our way to a Celtic Women concert. That’s a gift to us from DSis. We decided to give ourselves Cirque tickets for our January WDW trip and our good friends who live in Tarpon Springs are joining us. So we have that to look forward to!

We really enjoyed that Cirque show.

Mine? They are going to Tennessee. Their plane left an hour late. I hope I hear when they land DIL's parents live about 2 hours from airport

I drove 60 miles now Tom’s doing the last 40 after the Celtic Women concert! It was very enjoyable…excellent violinist and vocals!

Dental cleaning today and I'm going to get Invisaligns .....my teeth are so far out of alignment, I need to get them fixed or face a lot of dental work soon (root canal, crowns). I've kind of wanted invisaligns for awhile, but boy $$$

I had braces around 12 also....but I guess it doesn't last. He said shift and change a lot every 7 years.
Did had braces when she was young and got invisaligns about 6 years ago.
We'll see how it goes

Guess where DS and family is it is 11 degrees today.
No playing outside for our AZ babies. They got 10 feet out and came back in. Cousins live in cold areas, but they came back in too

I'm making the cinnamon rolls for DD for tomorrow morning.
She will arrive around 3 to spend the night. Just 3 of us this year. We'll miss the kids.

We are listening to a radio station that is featuring Polish Christmas carols and stories of Christmas in Poland.

All my grandparents came from Poland… I remember some of these traditions they honored when I was young.
