Not today.....Saturday is supposed to be 90 and then we should be done with that!! 80s for a bit.
We will start going to the zoo again on Sunday!!

I'm somewhat relieved...getting my Covid booster shot tomorrow. We've had a few staff/faculty positive cases - even with 2 shots.

I also love going to the zoo! Haven't been since pre-Covid and haven't seen our "baby" elephant yet. She's over a year old and adorable.

DGD is scheduled to get her first vaccine shot on Tuesday
She is happy about it.....and used to getting shots. Allergy shots every week.
DD would like to get her booster, but she doesn't qualify yet.
DGS has to wait until his birthday to get his

We go to our zoo once a month from usually October (too hot still this year) through the end of April.

I hope the cases of Covid in the vaccinated people were mild. Were they? Glad you are getting the booster!

Taking DH to oncologist this afternoon, chiropractor for me this morning. Am spending a lot of time in a car! Tom is healing nicely, he even has slept on his side that his incision is on.

Where is southern AZ? I'm in central.

We have a couple of people (friends of DD) that have had break through cases even with being fully vaccinated.
I have had all 3 shoots and still wear a mask everywhere.

I have a friend who’s son ( age 43) has Covid, but he did not want to be vaccinated. He is not forthcoming to his mother regarding symptoms.

I don’t know of any breakthrough cases, personally.

My cousin had a breakthrough case (recovered now). None of his immediate family came down with it, so he did think the vaccine helped. But it was still scary.
