I’m trying to get the energy to get ready for work - I just need to finish this cup of coffee. Then after that I go straight to the fields - Katie’s team has 3 games today (she’s still not cleared to play) and then hopefully we’ll be home by 9:00pm. Long day! It’s gonna be a beautiful weather day, so it’ll be nice to be outside

I’m heading off to Mass soon and then I have a meeting at church later today. We just switched parishes and I signed up to lector, so there’s a meeting about that. I lectured for 12 years at our other parish, so I’m looking forward to continue doing this at the new parish.

DD’s team lost their last game last night, which means they don’t continue playing today. So after my meeting we‘re going to cover up the pool furniture and that will really mean summer is over. It’s good we’re doing this, the high for Wednesday is 63, so autumn is here. It will feel cold because today it’s going to be 90. Gotta love temperature whiplash in the Midwest - LOL!

Since we just got back, I am headed to the grocery store, then doing laundry and doing the upstairs cleaning.

Well, we will be taking a shortish bike ride. My back still isn’t feeling good, but riding a bike doesn’t seem to bother it too much.

We still do Mass online, slo.

flu shots done!! Whole family got them over the last couple of days.

Luggage tags for the cruise arrived.....with the wrong cabin number on them.

LOL.....lot of good that did.
All is going well now. At least we are going and for the 7 nights!
Nassau added and only 5 port adventures so far.....4 sold out!!

Dave and I won't but the kids want to do something.....they gave up Grand Cayman and Jamaica, so were hoping for Atlantis or something like that.

I’m cracking up this morning.
This is spirit week at the HS and today is 80s day and DD looks hysterical. Fluorescent Orange tights, black workout shorts, fluorescent Orange crop top with a full length black tank top underneath, black sweatband on her forehead and a side ponytail with a fluorescent Orange scrunchy - it’s like she jumped out of an 80s workout video - LOL!
