Our all family vacation will wind down tomorrow. Lunch today at a favorite pizza place!

Whether I want to be or not.
Everything baking takes so long. 2 angel food cakes, each need to bake for 45-50 minutes (and me with a bad oven and one angel food cake pan). Cinnamon rolls, once I get them rolled (a challenge with gluten free), need to rest for an hour.
But everyone gets to pick what they want for their birthday celebration.
Then not another until DGD's which we are celebrating on July 17......but of course there is baking for July 4th. I'm letting the kids do some of that!!

Two angel food cakes done, 2 batches of cinnamon rolls done.
Just need everything to cool, so they can be frosted.

I’m assuming that the remainder of DD’s tournament will be canceled due to all the rain we’re getting. The man who runs it keeps telling everyone that he may fit these games in, but I think he’s crazy - there’s no way - the fields are trashed. So I’m going to workout and get started with chores around the house to get things done before DD and I leave Thursday morning for the next tournament that lasts until Saturday night.

I'm going to finish the cleaning and setting up for the birthday celebration today.
Go to DGD's soccer game and then come home and finish cooking all the breakfast foods......so much easier when birthday person picks to have food delivered!!

One family drives up to Boston today. That son stays and flies back to work in FL tomorrow. The Houston family flies home tomorrow.

The pizza was delicious...I look forward to one more great seafood meal out today. Not sure who will join us. The family was very lucky regarding weather, and the ocean temperature has been warm enough for all of them to enjoy.

One son offered to get me down to the water, but I had to decline, my rectocele repair is still healing. My ankles don’t support me to walk on sand or grass, so I would need his help, but I felt happy to be asked.

After a day with many storms and many tornado warnings with tornado sirens going off I’m happy that we have no more of that today. Yesterday was a crazy weather day!

I’m/we’re going to DD’s BF’s grad party today.

I’m living in what feels like the rainforest - 99% humidity.
Its so thick outside - you can cut it with a knife.

I'm getting a pedicure today then home to get some things done.
DGD comes this afternoon and we are going shopping to look for birthday ideas for her

I’m recovering from a cold. We cancelled our 4th of July trip to friends in Ohio.

I’m/we are going to be packing today - DD and I are leaving for a tournament tomorrow and we’ll be home Sunday. I’m looking forward to getting away for a few days and hanging out with the other parents/friends.

I’m going to finish packing, go to the bank, go to Walgreens, fill up the car & get some ice, pack up the cooler, pack up the car and then leave in a few hours. We have a 3 hour drive, then check in the hotel and then Katie has 2 games tonight. Busy day, but a great day - I love our softball travels.
