I’m getting my 3rd infusion this morning. Then tonight we’re having. FaceTime meeting with the college coach Katie wants to play for - really hoping things go well. Katie really likes her and the school.

Well things have been crazy since we got here, first we were caught up in the flight cancellations from Southwest, then we could not get a rental car, then my Dad showed up unannounced the next morning after we got in.
he left yesterday and then David turned around and left this morning headed to Ft. Hood for work.

Now I have to leave Monday for Omaha, NE for work.

I am ready for a vacation.

I just got approval from my HOA to replace all the windows and my sliding door. Talk about expensive i was not prepared for the expense

Everything is expensive now......my oven is crazy.
Delayed because it is a double oven and they need a specialist to install because of the complicated wiring.

I remember putting a new roof on our house in WA. Steep roof so DH didn't want to do it and it cost a lot!!

We've been spending so much lately!!

DH got his laser cutter since the one at his club broke, so lots of the guys are getting their own.

Breakfast was fun & now at chiropractor.

I hope to rest and read this afternoon.

About costs of house things...we do watch a fair amount of HGTV and the prices they say for a new kitchen, bathroom are way under what it cost us at our small house. House upkeep is very expensive!!!

I’m/we’re getting an early start today - DD has games at 8:30am & 11:30am. Depending on how they place in the bracket, they could play more after that. Tournament runs through Sunday, but it’s supposed to rain the next couple days, so today may be the only day for games.

I've been called to grandma duty.
Took DGD to soccer practice last night because DD got called to fill in for someone had her second job.
Today I get to take DGD to a dentist appointment to get a couple teeth pulled and a spacer put in.

I’m going to work today due to rain probably canceling Katie’s games. The weather yesterday allowed for 2 games to be played, but not the 3rd. After standing around for 1 1/2 hours the game was canceled. Our 9am game today was delayed to noon, but I doubt that will happen with the continued rain, so I’m going to work. Since Katie can drive she can take herself if the game happens (that’s a big IF - the fields are trashed).
Gotta love all the unknowns with travel ball - LOL!

I'm making a Costco run today and then baking.
Tomorrow is DD's family birthday party (her birthday is Tuesday).
She requested breakfast.....a lot of work. So I am trying to prep as much as I can.
She wants cinnamon rolls, so I have to make her gluten free ones and bake others.
She wants angel food cake......so I bake 2 of those.
Her gluten free one takes 12 egg whites and so the trip to Costco.
I need eggs to scramble and fry too.
Have to make the frosting for the cakes................and slice strawberries.
Decorate and get her presents wrapped.
So a busy day,

And we have a soccer game in the morning. Right home after that and get the oven going, the hash browns going and the eggs going.
