I'm.........

I’m still :cold: :cold: :cold:
It’s almost 5pm and the new furnace is not working. The company is replacing the motor in it, which I’m indifferent about. I wanted a new furnace, but they will not do that. I just hope that replacing the motor isn’t putting a band-aid on a lemon product. By the time it HOPEFULLY gets fixed we will be at 60 hours without heat.
It seems as if they had all day to figure something out and now decide to put a new motor in. Well, it could very well be the fix you need, and I hope it is, and I hope it gets done soon.

Good morning!

I’m warm.....We’ve had heat now since 8pm last night.
The furnace guys aren’t done though - they are returning today to work on the furnace some more. The men who installed the furnace Wednesday did several things wrong, which will be fixed today. My DH is staying home today for this. He’s an engineer and is very knowledgeable, so he’s better for the technicians to communicate with than me. Plus I have month end close to do at work today, so I have to go to work. The heat will be off all day again, so DD & DH will be cold again, but it has to be done. I’ll be so glad when this is done.

I hope you are all doing well and have a good day

Good morning!

I’m happy to say that we are still warm and my DH feels confident we won’t have any more issues. I’m glad he was able to be home yesterday to oversee what’s going on. Hopefully this is behind us.

We are on snow watch here again. Sounds like we may get a lot, but then again whenever snow is coming the weather people make it seem like the sky is falling - LOL!

Have a good day everyone!

^ Thats great news!

Here in Cape May there is a chance we will get more rain than snow, and I hope that’s the case. I know it’s beautiful, but I can’t walk on it, and feel trapped in my house.

Glad you are staying warm, Sandy.

We're around 60 today but expecting 70 tomorrow.
Family lunch day today and the kids are spending the night. We're going to the zoo tomorrow

Yes, now if the little one would sleep past 3:30, it would be great.
I have to try to get dressed for the zoo with him being up and running around

^\Hope it works out!

Well, tomorrow it will be snow or rain here in Cape May.

He made it to 3:45. He did go to sleep about 6:30 last night.
I got up at 3:30, hoping to get dressed. Almost made it.

Good morning!

So much snow yesterday - we got about 10” total.
This picture is what I woke up to yesterday morning at 7am and it just kept steadily falling all day. My hands are killing me from all the shoveling we did. This is one of the moments I’m glad I work out, because if I didn’t a lot more would hurt than just my hands. This snow was thick and heavy.

No more snow today - thank God.
DD has a snow day from school, so she’s very happy about that.

Have a good day everyone:wave:
