Baking day for the kids today.
DGS is making sugar cookies with Frozen chips and blue sprinkles on them.
DGD is making scones (one of her favorites)

Extended forecast shows only a few days this month in the upper 60s, the rest 70s. This is the time of year I like best

I’m feeling bad for my DD(22) - she was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes yesterday and she’s really stressing about this. Her pregnancy has not been easy from the beginning - something is always happening and never smooth. She‘s ready for this pregnancy to be done - 2 more months - hopefully it goes quick for her.

DIL had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies. She made it......just had to eat a bit differently and take insulin. Hers were both longer that 2 months. It is an inconvenience, but so worth the ending
