I taught math at a high school, and the chess club needed drivers to take them to a tournament, and I volunteered.
I asked my son to suggest an app so I can play against a computer. That would be something I can do.

Because of DH‘s plant closing, I ended up teaching as adjunct at U Cincinnati for last 15 years of my career. I enjoyed the PT work, great people there. I did try for full time, never made it. No PhD.

I have 5 baskets to do......I think I have everything except maybe some candy.
I have the "table bunnies".
But we'll see about strawberries......always do chocolate covered ones

DS just called from work. He's going to be working on get his laptop ready for home work......but their internet went down yesterday. Due out to try to fix it tomorrow.

Maryland Gov just spoke, no shelter in place yet, but all non essential business will close to today at 5pm

listening to fighter jets do loops around the massive mountain range just outside our yard. Imagine a football field being the tall massive mountain range and the running track the space the jets are using to loop and dog fight.

I'm almost done cleaning ....for today. Just have the kitchen floor to mop.
Cooked for DS, delivered it, finished laundry.
74 degrees so we are going for a walk later.

Got all the beds taken apart. Moved from 3rd floor to garage. The garage is a staging area for the truck to arrive. Gov Hogan announced at noon that all non essential businesses most close at5pm. I called truck rental company and they had not decided whether they are essential or not

I called and they told me that they had not made a decision on if they would close. I said can I will come get it now and they said they would let me know. It is 5:30 pm they did not call, so if they closed at 5 I will be mad, but nothing I can do about it now.
