Oh no......BFF had that and they replaced it, but it would take more time.

I'm going to Costco and then DGD spends the weekend this weekend

No big dent but DH says he signed a statement that it was okay when opened. I can barely find the dent. We're getting the microwave and oven next week I think.

Still trying to figure out what gas rangetop to buy; had a "consultation" at the house with kitchen consultant and carpenter? DH wants a range top that will accommodate our wok and he now has some options. The countertop will have to be cut down etc. but DH is the cook! At this point whatever he wants is good!

Hopefully the cast comes off on the 27th. It's extremely loose but fine. Next week is full of appointments (my first hair appt in CO, physical, pain management etc.).

Nancy, what do you have planned for DGD this weekend?

She doesn't come until after lunch, so then it is nap time.
After nap probably in the pool. That is what she always wants to do right now.
Morning will be a movie and some crafts or playdoh.
DH will take her in the pool while I do chores.
Then lunch, nap and after nap she gets picked up.

I will be glad when it is cool enough to go to the zoo again, but that is several months away still.

We are waiting for our van to get fixed. Other than that we are sitting here just watching the horse races on t.v. It is quite.

I have been sternly warned against coat hangers and my cast. Using a hair blower on the cool setting helps a bit especially when my arm gets sweaty.

I will DIS for a bit more than go back to editing the 1500 scanned photos that arrived yesterday. DH, DS and I had a couple nice hours yesterday viewing these pictures from old family albums; lots of embarrassing pics for slideshows at DH's wedding some day .
