I agree about new homes but the wait to build is 6 - 8 months and none are being built in areas we like except on $400,000 lots. 'Spec' homes we've seen are far and few between (snatched up almost instantly) and nowhere close to our design prefs.

But I feel that somehow it will all work out and we have great realtors we have come through before for us!
