I am exhausted after 12 hours of reorganizing the basement and moving things into the storage side of the basement yesterday.

The realtors think we only need to declutter, do some minor landscaping and clean the siding/roof/deck. They even toned down our bathroom remodeling plans. We are so relieved!

Our house will probably go on the market on February 11th.

Going to bed soon; other things to do tomorrow unrelated to the house!
