"I'm with" design help

I'd love to make shirts for our family that say "I'm with" and have Mickey or Minnie with their arm pointing in crazy directions. Can anyone help me?

There will be 8 of us and was hoping that each one would has arms in a different direction.

I should be able to do that. If you wouldn't mind kind of telling me the sizes of shirts you are going to have, and how many are in your party I can probably come up with something. Let me have a look out there for what is available as far as artwork as well!

Okay so here is my predicament. There is only one other way to have the hand point, straight down. Which dependent onthe use could be a bit inappropriate when worn on a shirt. Could you reuse one of the directions?
