I'm trying to install Realplayer.
I keep getting an error message that says....
You currently do not have administrator access to the Windows Registry. Please see your System administrator to install RealPlayer
I have Windows XP and only one account set up. Therefore, I would be the System Administrator, I consulted myself, but still didn't get the answer
Another friend on another forum tried to help me out, but she couldn't figure out what was wrong either.
She had me check my user groups to make sure I was the system adminstrator, and I am. She had me Clean System Registry, which I did.
And I still am getting the same error.
I e-mailed support at RealPlayer and they told me to check with my system administrator
. So I have sent another e-mail to them, and I am waiting for a response.
Can anyone help? Why isn't it working!?!
