Does anyone know if Remy still come around at lunch at Chefs de France? I saw him when I was there last Jan. and it was such a fun lunch! Just wondering:goodvibes

He was there when we went in November. I thought I heard he is sticking around.

I sure hope he is still there in May. We made a lunch ADR for 12pm (he comes out at 12:30pm) in hopes to seeing him. We saw him in September at the same exact ADR time and he was so cute and funny...we all loved interacting with him.

He was there last month when we went. :goodvibes So cute! The handler was really funny, but he has to move so fast because there is only one Remy and so many tables so you get about a minute or two...literally. I'd side more on the minute than the two. LOL

He is still there , but still temperamental and occasionally will not appear, and with no prior notice

He was there this past Pres week - our waiter actually had him make an exta stop at our table (dd bday....though I didn't think this was allowed).
He does not appear on Sundays and his last "tour" is at 5:20 pm - so make you ADR accordingly.

He's there (if not broken) Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm

I'd schedule an ADR for 30-45 min before one of these times.

He is scheduled to be there "indefinitely." No way to know what that means, but he is there now. He was supposed to move to Tokyo. I read somewhere that they built another Remy for Tokyo.

It's not standard and shouldn't be expected.

Remy never makes an appearance at dinner time? Just wondering we have a 6:30 reservation time...Thanks!

Remy makes one scheduled visit during dinner time: 5:20 pm. Les Chefs switches from lunch to dinner around 4:30 pm, so his last rounds begin while dinner is being served. Otherwise, there are no later times. So unfortunately, if your reservation is for 6:30 pm, he'll probably be finished for the night. If want to see him, you'll need to move your reservation up to 4:45 pm or so.

REMY Info:

1) Inside Les Chefs de France.
2) Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm
3) Visiting
. . . he comes out right on schedule
. . . the cart makes one trip around the eatery
. . . you must wait until he comes to your table *
. . . you cannot get up and go over to him, handlers make sure of this
. . . if you miss him, he does not make a second trip
. . . you must wait for the next scheduled time
. . . if your ADR is close to a scheduled time, be early
. . . you might be in line waiting for a table when he appears
. . . if so, you wait for the next scheduled trip

* If people gathered around the cart, it would clog the aisles. Also,
guests might be pressing their shorts and clothes against other guest's
tabletop and food (eewe, yuck, gross). Also, he is a temperamental little
critter, and occasionally does not appear at all, and with NO PRIOR NOTICE,
so use caution when promising him to little ones to avoid disappointment
