My weight management program goes in 6-week increments that can be repeated until I'm at my goal weight. I just finished my first 6-week increment and lost 5.5 pounds; I know that's pretty good, but I could've done better. I was set back by several trips I took during that time. Today I started my second increment, and now I'm determined to stick to the plan! I'm aiming for 15 pounds this next round. I think that's realistic based on results I've seen from friends on the same program, but I would be happy with another 10. My WISH goal is to get that 15 pound clippie by Labor Day!
Anyhow, just wanted to share...I need a few of you to kick me in the pants to keep me on track!
