Do they look brand-new, no scratches, etc.? Did you ever need to use the warranty? How long did the battery last? My original Nano (which she has) lasted 5 years. It still works if it's left on the dock, but dies within 5 minutes if you take it off.

I bought a Ipod Classic refurb from Apple. It looked brand new. A couple of weeks after I bought it stopped working. Tech Support told me to send it back. I received back either the repaired Ipod or one that looked identical in about a week. Apple took care of all the postage. I have had the Ipod for about 3 years now and haven't had another issue.

I learned about their reburbs on this board. I otherwise would never have known about them. I won't hestitate to get another refurb from them.

Paypal has closed the case and the money is back in my Paypal account!!!!!

It said it was a reversal. I'm still not sure how that works, but I'm glad they ruled in our favor. Does Paypal reverse the funds or does the seller?

As soon as it's back in the account, we'll go out and get her the iTouch. I'm so happy!!!! She's going to be thrilled!

A reversal means, if the seller had money or when he puts money in his account, it will reverse back to you. If he keeps his account empty and doesn't have a back up such as his checking account, there isn't anything to reverse.
