I'm so excited!!

Got our closing papers and official membership cards on Thursday and our first trip home is next Sunday!! Everything seems to be working out great for us so far. Just going over some trip planning details and was wondering something. For those of you fly and use a town car service how long does it normally take to actually get to the resort and go through check-in etc. We will be arriving at MCO at 6pm and was just wondering when I can actually expect to be IN THE ROOM?? (BWV)

MCO to Disney is about 20 to 25 minutes (after you're in the car, of course), allow about 15 minutes to check-in, and assume at least 30 more minutes if you have a grocery stop.

When we rent a car, and don't stop for groceries, we're usually in our room about an hour after the plane touches down - if there is no line for check-in.

We have never used a towncar service. We either use Mears or rental car but after getting your luggage you should be on your way. At 6pm+ your room should be ready. All total, and not having a long line(yes, Sundays at BWV there are VERY long lines) you should be in your room in approx. 1-1+1/2 hours. The trip from MCO is about 30-40 min. Last Aug. we arrived in MCO at 10:30 pm. Got Mears with a little wait, and was in our room just before midnight
BTW-Welcome home and hope you have a great first trip home. BWV is one of our homes and we love it there. We are arriving next Sat. but will be at OKW.

We always do carry-on only, no waiting for luggage and use National Emarald Aisle. As Chuck has stated above, we are usually at OKW 20-25 minutes after we are in our rental car.
We always take the south exit(417 to WDW) at the airport.Never have any traffic problems.

Welcome Home I would say you shold be in your room in 1 hour if check in goes smooth.
