I'm really lame.

I have no life, and so therefore I am going to ask all you Americans a question.
Where do you get your groceries?
Where I live, it's the same chain of grocery stores (Sobeys and Superstores) that most people shop at. There are hardly an others.
But when I was in Florida there didn't seem to be any big chain grocery stores. The two biggest there were Winn Dixie and Publix. I saw one of each and they were tiny. I saw a Walmart Supercenter, BUT it wasn't busy. It was more for tourists.

So I'm confused.

I saw a lot of Frank's Supermarket or Mary's Food Shopping Center.

My Giant is like a 10 minute walk from my house, and about a 5 minute walk from my high school, so me and my friends usually chill thur.

Kroger's, Sam's Club, Meijer's, or Bigg's... Those are the ones we got to the most in that order. Sometimes it depends, my mum loves sales.

ETA: They're all chains, but it seems some are limited to my area...

Actually, they're two separate chains, but in a sense they are the same. Costco is independent, I think, and Sam's is owned by Wal-Mart.

Yeah.
I think, besides ownership, the only difference is that Sam's Club takes coupons.

We get our groceries from either Stop and Shop or Shaws.
I think they are only around New England.

We probably do too, but Sams Club excepts manufacturers coupons.

I buy my groceries in a local supermarket...it isn't a chain, heh...so unless anyone from these boards lives in the miniture town, no one would know it lol.

I do shop at Wal*Mart for more major food shopping (Like the kind where your parents tell you they are doing a big shopping and then pull out the two carts and get that crazed look in their eyes like they mean business!! lol). For smaller shoppings, we go to the local supermarket.

I think that Sam's has alot better service, Costco (where I am) they cuss behind your back. I ignore them or knock down stuff.

Well, Costco is fun times, cause it's where Employee of the Month was filmed.
I don't know if anyone saw it, and if you didn't, don't bother. But if you did, well, just know that today, I went to Costco and spent about half and hour trying to figure out if there really was a possible way that they could've had that "clubhouse."
