:worried:I ordered four autograph books from a seller on Etsy on September 5th. I told her when I needed them by, which is tomorrow. I have yet to receive them. She no longer has a site on Etsy and will not respond to my emails. I'm so frustrated! Anyone have any problems like this? I'll file a complaint but that doesn't help the fact that I leave town tomorrow and have no books. I am going to have a couple of disappointed children. Errrrrr.........

Yes..but these were really cute. Plus, I spent $100 on them. She had hundreds of great reviews. But now...I still have tomorrow, but I'm not counting on it.
 
There were reports of Disney sending C&D letters to people on Etsy selling Disney stuff. I wonder if she got shut down. She may be out a lot of money for the product she can't sell and thought she would just keep the money she already had. Not saying this actually happened; it's just a scenario.

I would get the money back through etsy or paypal/credit card company depending on which method of payment you used.

If you paid via paypal, I would go ahead and open a dispute. I had a "friend" that was supposed to make something for me, I prepaid her in advance, and never received my items. I was given excuse after excuse, and my time ran out to dispute. Paypal will give her time to respond, so it won't be an immediate resolution.
