Hal's wife here. I'm 20 weeks and still getting morning (and afternoon and evening) sickness. I find that eating a small meal, often, helps, particulary bland things like, cream crackers or dry scones. I've also found sparkling water helps as well. The tiredness does go, but it is tough in the first 10 weeks.
