Has anyone else NOT seen the first POTC??? I might very well be the only person on this board who has not seen it. DH is about to make me watch it right now. He cannot wait for the second one.

I am you, DD is your DH! I am in the same boat. She told me to buy tickets for Friday's opening day NOW! She said I have till Thur to watch the first one! Now watch us get all addicted too! Like I need anything else to be addicted too

We rented it a few weeks ago because we had never seen it. I watched it three times.

DH just looked at me crazy when I asked him "So we'll watch the first one tonight and the second one tomorrow. Then tomorrow I'll purchase the tickets to watch the third one." LOL.... I didn't even know that the new one was the second part. He told me I'm too caught up on the oldies... ex: Snow White, Cinderella,.... What can I say? I have 2 girls! I told him if he loved POTC so much that I'd buy him that hideous jacket they have on disneyshopping... he told me,"I wouldn't be caught dead walking next to someone wearing that" So everytime I get on the website I ask him "What size did you want that POTC jacket?"

awww... I don't see the old jacket on there anymore! They have a new one that is a lot better than the old one... too bad... DH is gonna have to miss out.... lol...

I saw it for the first time a few weeks ago. My boyfriend had me watch it with him to prep for the second one. I loved it cant' wait to see the new one!

As blasphemous as it is, I haven't seen it either! I did borrow is from my sis and it's sitting on the entertainment center, but haven't watched it yet. I'm being told to watch it so I can go see the second one.

Me! Color me out of the loop too! DS wants to invite some friends to see the new one with him for his b-day next week. I think I need to rent the first one and watch it so I don't look TOTALLY clueless in front of all his friends!

It took me awhile to see it too...but here I am anxiously awaiting 2 and 3!!!

My DH got me the DVD for my birthday! I knew there was a reason I loved him!

We watched again on Disney Magic on their new huge Dumbotron. It was awesome to watch it in the middle of the Caribbean drinking Miller Lites. That was heaven!

I haven't been able to sit through the first one. I've seen the first 20 minutes at least 5 times though. I guess I've never been in the mood to watch it.
