I'm on SBD and need feedback, plz

I am one day into week two of the SBD and my weight loss seems to have stalled. I have not changed anything and I am still exercising. So far I have lost 5 pounds and my total goal is 20.

Any ideas what might be happening? Any suggestions on how to put it back into high gear?

While the book states that you COULD lose between 8 and 13 pounds the first two weeks, your mileage may vary. I lost a total of 16 pounds the first two weeks, but I had a significantly greater amount to lose for my total than you do.

Just stick with it. The weight loss will come.
 
Continue with the program and you will see results. Make sure you drink all of your water everyday. Maybe you just lost it quicker the first week than others and will now start to see it come off slowly. Keep going, you are doing great.:D

sometimes the scale just doesn't budge for days or weeks
then Whoosh
it will come off just keep sticking to the program
