I'm obsessed with making ADR's!

I actually just made an ADR based entirely on an item I heard about on here. I was browsing pictures and came across one of the Tonga Toast. Oh my gosh! I HAVE to have it. I just called and added an ADR for Kona Cafe so I could have it!!!

I think it's a lot like food shopping, you shouldn't look at Disney food pics while hungry.

I'm assuming the thumbs up means Tonga Toast is worth an ADR. It just sounds so delicious to me. I think I'm going to gain a few lbs on this trip!

From what I've read it's a HUGE piece of sourdough bread stuffed with bananas and rolled in cinnamon sugar. I saw a picture of it on another site last night and I knew I HAD to have it!! It's at Kona Cafe at the Poly.

Yeah, I'm right there with you! That food porn thread is terrible to look at when you're hungry!! I've made an ADR for Kona Cafe once just because I saw someone's photo of the KoKo Puffs there! LOL! And it was worth it too!

just my .02 on tonga toast -- very worth trying but very very heavy -- consider ordering one order and sharing among your table

now the fruit plate at Kona Cafe was very well received from a group of Ohioan mid-winter we were all most ready for a fresh plate of yummy pineapple and more

I haven't had Tonga Toast, but it looks and sounds identical to the delicious Banana Stuffed French Toast they serve at Boatwright's at Port Orleans Riverside. Boatwright's is another great spot for some yummy breakfast items. I love their Sweet Potato Pancakes too. Indeed, ADRs are fun! We plan our trip around them.
