That's sad that you have to move to Florida, but based on the conditions where you live now it was the best decision. I've decided to get out of where I am too, but it's all riding on what college I get into.

Yeah, this is might screw up college for me. At least with how I want to go to Michigan State, and I dunno if I could get the Michigan Resident discount if I get accepted.

Is there some kind of limit on the resident discount? Like, "You must have been living in Michigan for x amount of years" or "since x amount of time"? I was about to suggest asking your guidance counselor about it but only you know how reliable they are.

I think if you havn't lived in the state for four years, your no longer a michigan resident.
