With my 500th post I get to announce that I'm going to WDW for 8 days in February 2007. Just booked the room yesterday. Hoping to be able to do everything and knowing that I won't have enough time. :rotfl2:

Woot for you!! Are you staying in the park or outside the park? Just curious. Have a great time.

I'm afraid to tell you this, but 8 days isn't enough. I think it's enough for
most things, but you'll still feel "I need more time!!"

If you plan on eating at any table service restaurants, book ADRs for them
now. The DDP has really done a number on the spontaneity factor from
previous years. Many walk-ups are turned away.

My next trip isn't until next October, so warm WDW up for me, ok? ;)

Thanks for those ecouraging words. :rotfl2: This trip was not planned in the usual sense. A friend of mine is going with his family. I've always wanted to go and Expedition Everest convinced me. They made reservations at the Comtemporary in September and when I checked at the end of October it was full and I dropped the idea again. Checked airfares recently and it was around $220 from Los Angeles and decided to go for it. Since this may be my only trip instead of staying at a value or moderate we are staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Parks Hoppers and Magic Your Way with dining seemed like a good way to go so ADRs are in the works.
