Does anyone know why Florida State is using the Glitter Guys instead of Osceola?

Are the Glitter Guys considered FSU's Mascot and not Osceola?

That is a good question.....? I LOVE this spot and I'm thrilled to see college get in on the "going to Disney World!" bit. Crossing my fingers that Bama ends up in Tampa one year and we get to see the game AND the parade! Happy bowl season!!!

As an FSU grad, I have always considered Chief Osceola and Renegade our mascot.

I love the Glitter Guys (They are a fun part of the games.) but I was kind of surprised to see them as our mascot. Did love their Garnet and Gold suitcases.


Correction: I asked and Chief Osceola and Renegade cannot be used in advertisments so that might be why they are not being used.

Also,I "get" that Brutus is reading Julius Ceasar,the elephant is reading Improve Your Memory and the duck is reading Learning To Fly,but why are the Glitter Guys reading Financial Journal?
